Villa Umaga is situated in a small town Lovrecica – quiet place to relax with a touch of old-times. With its shallow sea rich in various fish and surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, Lovrecica recalls the long-forgotten feeling of peace of the Mediterranean. Situated only 10km from Umag – a tourist destination with a long tradition and quality offer, ranging from preserved, clean sea, historical and cultural sights to sports and music events like the famous tennis tournament with a long tradition. Villa Iza is in an exclusive position since in Croatia villas are rarely built directly by the sea. As Villa Iza is on the beach and has its own sea access, the luxury of the villa and the surroundings can be enjoyed with a great degree of privacy. The villa was rebuilt, refurbished and fitted out with new, elegant and comfortable furniture in 2011.

This beautiful, modern villa is situated on a 1200 m² property with lush Mediterranean plants directly at the sea, it stretches on 2 levels and 500 m² with spacious living room and 5 bedrooms – offering spacious and contemporary summer accommodation for 10 people.

On the ground floor is the spacious living and sitting area facing the sea with direct access to the terrace with comfortable outdoor sofas and chairs. A large sitting room is furnished with vast comfortable leather sofa and armchair, very nice and intimate lighting, a plasma TV. Here is also a professionally equipped kitchen with oven, fridge/freezer, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher and all the necessary cooking equipment; kettles, coffee maker, toaster…

All the bedrooms and bathrooms are on the first floor. There are five nice furnished, cozy and air-conditioned double bedrooms sharing three spacious bathrooms. All bathrooms are equipped with sink, shower, toilet and bidet – and are located between the bedrooms. One bedroom has a private balcony with stunning sea views.

In the basement is a laundry room with washing machine.

Outside area – the garden is stocked with all kind of trees which provide a pleasant fresh scent. Outdoor terraces provide quality furniture for relaxation, socializing or reading, and most of all, alfresco dining in several areas. To make some grill specialties – there is a large barbecue which is at your disposal. From the garden, a few steps lead you to the Adriatic sea which is warm, clear and safe to swim in. The villa sits on a headland beach, and the beach is quiet, providing a lot of privacy.
