Technical details for Villa Renza:

The facade of the house is made out of a special ventilated system. The system’s open joints allow natural ventilation in the cavity between the panel and the insulation. The integrated channels provide drainage for the rain and condensation hidden behind the surface. The Facade has multiple resistant aluminium panels, as a robust exterior solution. The system resist high wind loads, included cranked corners that are precisely integrated with the support system. The aluminium panels are coilcoated with a UV and scratch resistant finish.
The Multiple Panel Facade Systems significantly improve the performance and comfort level for the building and its occupants. They protect the building against heat, noise and shield from rain, whilst providing consistent interior temperature and humidity levels.
The Facade is made by the Hunter Douglas Group,a world leader in window coverings, metal ceilings, solar control and facades with major operational centers in Europe and the US.

Villa Elena comes with an energy efficient pre installed radiating wall heating and air conditioning system.These special heating systems create an even heat which is perceived as particularly comfortable by the human body, like the heat of the sun.The use of wall heating systems means that air temperature can be reduced without a negative impact on comfort levels. Moreover, the heat pump which is used for heating purposes in the houses decreases the heating expenses by roughly 75 per cent.
On the rooftop are installed solar circle panels for the natural heating of the house and the swimming pool.
