Villa Messá was built respecting the traditional local materials with the characteristics of modern architecture. Villa have huge glass surfaces where the interior and exterior perfectly overlap making a perfect symbiosis. The interior design of the villa is characterized by simplicity with carefully selected furniture, contemporary design.

Villa Messá spreads over a property 650 m² big and villa itself has surface of 250 m². Villa consists of 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and it is just perfect accommodation for 8 persons. Villa is divided into two wings that are connected with a central living area.

Ground floor:

The ground floor consists of a spacious living room with glass walls which enter to a beautiful terrace; there is also area for dining with designer table and chairs, fully equipped modern kitchen where you will enjoy preparing dishes. In this section there is also the toilet for guests, cloakroom, storage and bedroom equipped with large double bed (180×180), view on the crystal clear sea and islands in the distance and the accompanying bathroom with shower.

First floor:

The two wings of this unique and spacious modern villa are designed for relaxation and dreams. In one part there is a master bedroom equipped with large double bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and modern designer bathtub in the room. From the bedroom you enter to a nice backdoor yard. In another wing (part) of the villa there are two more bedrooms, both with ensuite bathroom equipped with shower. Rooms are equipped with large beds that can be separated and serve as twin beds. From every room you can cross to the terrace that surrounds the villa on all sides.

Outside:

In front of the house, on its south side, there is beautiful infinity pool (12m x 3m) is located with a unique view of the sea and islands. Within the property there are many terraces which offers magnificent view of island Brac and it makes perfect place for an intimate dinner. Only destruction may come from the sea breeze. The courtyard is full of terraces that offer a truly unique view to enjoy all your senses, and will give you the ideal moments of relaxation, where you can enjoy the scent of Mediterranean herbs and sea view. There is also an indispensable barbecue where you can prepare a variety of delicious dishes. The whole ambience of villa is inspired with hedonistic atmosphere of life in the open and warm Mediterranean atmosphere, which will with no doubt make you come back.

Villa is fully air conditioned. Equipped with LCD satellite TV, CD and DVD players, Hi-Fi, Internet access. House has a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, extractor hood, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. At your disposal is also a washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board and baby cot. Villa has garage place (1) and outdoor parking place (6) on the property.
